Son Nigel writes: "
Dear Sir
My father was a member of the 14th army's
"Royal Berkshire Regiment", and served in Burma during WW2.
Dad, was Mr John Wynn, always known to his
friends as "Jack", he was a regimental sergeant major and his service
number is 5347720.
Sadly I had to say goodbye to dad on the
17/12/04, two days after his 89th birthday. This was after a six month
battle with leukaemia.
If anyone can remember "Jack" and would like to
talk about those difficult times, I would be very grateful to here from
them.
