WHEN I 'FALL OUT' FOR THE LAST TIME

Please do not be offended at what I write here.

I do not think that there are many Branch Secretaries who understand exactly how Anti-Aircraft units were numbered in WW2.  (Come to think of it, many Gunners are a bit vague when they fill in their service records) - which is the probable reason why you find yourself having to publish such a variety of strange and inaccurate entries.

Such as, from a previous issue (of Dekho!)
95H/AA Reg RA
101 HA/A Reg

There are some even stranger ones in the past:
8th (Belfast) HAA Regt RA
69th LA/A Regt

So the official designation of my units is:

271st HAA Battery, RA    For the Field Unit
or
52nd HAA Regt. RA     For HQ
or
271/52nd HAA Regt. (TA) RA     The Full Title

but NEVER put a diagonal between A.A.
