OF THE
BURMA STAR ASSOCIATION

This site has made great emphasis on the parts played by the men and women from all Countries who fought in the Burma Campaign of 1941-1945.  However since that time, a tremendous amount of support and fund raising has come from the wives of the members of the Burma Star Association.  These ladies and a few honoured invited people are 'THE FRIENDS OF THE BURMA STAR'.

This group have given our wartime veterans the support that they have needed to continue both within the Association and personally for their loved ones.  They, even when times have been difficult for themselves, have maintained and encouraged the spirits of all.  Let this page be for their recognition for the work that they do.  THANK YOU
