GUNNER GERRARD (JACK) BURROWS
75/44th Regt L.A.A. Royal Artillery

It is with great sorrow and regret that I announce the passing of my father in Canberra, Australia, where he has lived with us for the past 20 years. Died October 31st., aged 84. Funeral Service at 1030hrs.

His children, Grand-children and Great Grand-children miss him.

IN GOD'S CARE NOW.

Dad came originally from Andover in Hampshire and never really spoke of his terrible times in Burma.  As his eldest son, I would love to know more of his time in the war; of his mates and his regiment.  If you could contact me with any information, I would be most grateful.

God Bless you all,

Peter G Burrows JP on pgburrows@dodo.com.au (Eldest son)
