Donald Matthews would like to contact any old pals from no 11 WOU R.A.F. 43/44 Kohima Imphal. Palel. Left U k Jan 43 on Dominion Monarch via Freetown, Capetown, Durban. arrived Bombay March 43 Worli then to Calcutta Dimapor Kohima later 7BSU Sambre and Madras

Also in same theatre based at Tamu, No 19 WOU, Our posts (12) when combined stretched from Chindwin north to join with the Yanks near the Ledo Rd, To the many servicemen in the area including the squadron based at Imphal will remember our base at Johnstone School, centre of town near Garrison theatre, After the show they took advantage of our canteen, run by the cooks, as the Salvation Army was way out of town.
